Older versions do not include later bug fixes. Normally, please use the latest version. The changes in each version are described in ReadMe_ja.txt (in Japanese) in the zip file. The posted date is the date the file was placed on the server. To check that a downloaded file is not corrupted, compare the value shown by Get-FileHash filename.zip in PowerShell with the SHA-256 listed here.
ver 1.3.0 and earlier run on .NET Framework 4.6 or earlier. They are for environments where .NET Framework 4.8.1 cannot be used, such as Windows Server 2016 and 2019 (not covered by support).
