Customers who have purchased the product can sign up for paid maintenance support (optional).

1. Quote and order

Request a quote and place your order via the contact form. We will send you a quote and an order form.

2. License certificate and invoice

After you order by email, we issue a license certificate and an invoice (ask us if you need them by post).

3. Payment

Please pay by bank transfer (transfer fees are paid by the customer). Customers outside Japan can also pay with PayPal.

Minor version upgrades are free; major version upgrades are paid. For volume licenses or resellers, please contact us.

Microsoft Office	Not required for checking (FPC reads the file contents directly) Office is needed only to set passwords on older formats (xls, doc, ppt, pps) and when you choose "Open with Office to check" (it is also used to check files that cannot be read directly) Supported Office: Japanese editions of Microsoft 365 Apps and Office 2016 / 2019 / 2021 (32-bit and 64-bit)
Permissions	Administrator rights are not required. You need access rights to the files you check and protect
Batch mode	When processing uses Office (such as setting passwords on older formats), run it while logged on (interactive mode); due to Office restrictions, it does not work in the background

.NET Framework 4.8.1 does not run on Windows 7 or 8.1, or Windows Server 2016 or 2019. On those OSs, use ver 1.3.0 (.NET Framework 4.6) from previous versions (not covered by support).
